Working with your wedding planner
If you have a planner, we work directly with them. We agree timings, access points and the plan for each part of the day, and we follow the venue's rules. If you do not have a planner, we will guide you through what is needed.
How it works
We start with a short call about the date, venue, guest numbers and anything that worries you. We then send a written plan and a fixed quote. Closer to the day we confirm the team and timings, and on the day a team leader is your single point of contact.
Questions
How far in advance should we book wedding security?
As early as possible, especially for summer and December weddings. We can sometimes help at short notice, so it is always worth asking.
Will the security team stand out in photos?
No. Our officers dress for the occasion and stay in the background unless they are needed.
Can you protect gifts and jewellery?
Yes. We can guard the gift room and help manage valuable items throughout the day, including transfers between venues.
Do you cover weddings outside London?
Yes. We are based in London and provide wedding security across the UK.
